Founded by sisters, Lauren Kulp and Lindsay Keegan, Bravo Dance Center is proud to call Warwick Township, Pennsylvania, its home. With over 15 years of experience, Lauren and Lindsay have dedicated their entire lives to the sport of dance.
Lauren Kulp, Co-Founder and Director
Growing up in the world of dance, Ms. Lauren knew at a very young age that the arts would always be a part of her life. At the age of three, Ms. Lauren began dancing and continued her training for over 15 years. An award winning dancer and performer, Ms. Lauren held national and regional titles including Ms. Teen Philadelphia in 2000, as well as performances with numerous companies at a young age. During her years as a performer, Ms. Lauren grew as a dancer under the direction of various master teachers and choreographers.
In 2001, Ms. Lauren pursued her degree in Communication Studies and Journalism with West Chester University while continuing to educate herself in the world of dance. Graduating with honors, she worked in special events with Philadelphia Magazine and later at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Before attending West Chester University, Ms. Lauren was the proud recipient of the University of the Arts “Promising Artist” Scholarship as well as a dance scholarship to DeSales University.
In 2011, Ms. Lauren became a certified Zumba Fitness Instructor, sharing her talents and passion for dance and health. She is an active member of the Zumba Instructors Network (ZIN). With years of experience with the younger dancers, Ms. Lauren is a “Mommy & Me” Instructor as a mother herself. Ms. Lauren is also certified in Pediatric and Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Ms. Lauren feels blessed to be embarking in her dream with her sister and best friend, doing what they love to do best – DANCE!
Lindsay Keegan, Co-Founder and Director
Ms. Lindsay began dancing at the age of three. As an award winning dancer and choreographer, she quickly discovered her passion for sharing her love of the arts with others. Trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, tap, contemporary, and hip hop, Ms. Lindsay is an accomplished performer winning numerous top awards including Top Superstar award at the Ms. Hemisphere National Competition. She has also performed in numerous shows, competitions, pageants, parades, and community service performances. Ms. Lindsay is trained in vocal and theater studying under the direction of Mr. Herbert Ruzann and the Walnut Street Theater.
Attending West Chester University, Ms. Lindsay continued to pursue her love of dance and performing. She performed and choreographed with the West Chester University Dance Company. Upon graduation, Ms. Lindsay continued her training in musical theater with the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her performances include the Walnut Street Theater, the Spirit of Philadelphia Cruise line, and Walt Disney World, to name a few. She is also a member of the Actors Center of Philadelphia.
Since beginning her career in teaching, Ms. Lindsay’s students have won various regional and national titles and awards. By teaching technique and focus, Ms. Lindsay’s goal is to awaken passion in her students while still allowing creative expression. Ms. Lindsay believes in the words of Martha Graham and strives to instill in her students –
"Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion."
Created and operated by a powerhouse sister team, Lauren and Lindsay together formed Bravo Dance Center in 2012 making their dreams a reality. BDC is dedicated to providing the highest level of training in a professional setting. Our state-of-the-art performing arts studio features Stage Step Professional Flooring systems for the safety of our students.
We are proud to serve Warwick, Warrington, Warminster, Doylestown, Buckingham, Furlong, Chalfont, Ivyland, Southampton, and the surrounding areas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
